The Medical and Emotional Support Fund
When the enemies of Israel attack, the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces are at the ready to defend the people of Israel. These soldiers risk injury or death to defend Israel.
The Helping Israel Fund stands beside the soldiers of Israel, helping them when they need us most. Through our Medical and Emotional Support Fund, the Helping Israel Fund sponsors a variety of projects supporting injured soldiers.
Projects within the Medical and Emotional Support Fund include:
- Distribution of recreational resources for bed-bound injured soldiers.
- Provision of financial support for injured soldiers and their families.
- Entertainment for recovering soldiers in and outside of the hospital.
- Funding of ambucycles for emergency medical services.
